1. Agreement to Terms

Zimnyaya Gorchitsa provides public speaking and communication skills training courses to individuals and organizations throughout Australia. Our services include in-person workshops, coaching sessions, and online resources related to public speaking and communication development.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use our Site or services. By using our Site or services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

5. Course Registration and Payments

5.1 Registration

Course registration is subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse registration for any reason.

5.2 Payment

All course fees must be paid in full prior to the course start date unless otherwise specified. Prices displayed on the Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes.

5.3 Refunds and Cancellations

If you need to cancel your course registration, the following refund policy applies:

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the course start date receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee.
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before the course start date receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are not eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will be offered the option to transfer to another course date or receive a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, images, designs, graphics, and audio) are owned by Zimnyaya Gorchitsa, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from our Site without our prior written consent, except for:

• Temporarily storing copies of materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• Storing files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.
• Printing a reasonable number of pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use.

7. Course Materials

All course materials provided to you, whether in physical or digital format, are the intellectual property of Zimnyaya Gorchitsa and are protected by copyright law. You may use these materials for your personal educational purposes only. You may not share, distribute, copy, reproduce, or create derivative works based on these materials without our explicit written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses
